Shipping Policy:

Printful handles all our manufacturing, shipping and returns. Printfuls strive to fulfill your order within 2-5 business days and delivery can be expected within 30 days. Shipping costs and time-frames differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout or read more about shipping calculations.

Please note, shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. Go to the Merchandise and select an item for more precise fulfillment and delivery times.

Refunds & Returns:            

Due to our products being printed on demand via Printful, we will not accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect item(s) being received due to customer fault. However, if something has gone wrong with order, damaged or defective, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

The Process:

To return an item, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order with full details of your issue and attached photos (if applicable) and we will happily advise on how best to move toward a resolution.

Returns may take up to 28 days to be processed. However, we strive to process your request as quickly as possible.
